Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Data Centre PMC team. You will handle document control, track deliverables, logs, and assist with site inspections to learn data centre delivery.

Collaboration with Construction Managers and Project Managers is essential. You will maintain the project register, support meetings, and help prepare handover documentation for smooth project closeout.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in building construction or project coordination.
• Exposure to large commercial or industrial projects in Singapore is a plus.
• Foundational ability to read architectural blueprints, structural designs, and single-line diagrams for electrical layouts.
• Basic understanding of construction workflows from excavation to final fit-out and testing.

Responsibilities

• Common Data Environment (CDE) Administration: Manage document control for the project and keep drawings, specs, approvals, and records organized within the CDE.
• Project Register Maintenance: Update logs daily; track RFIs, submittals, variations, and action items.
• Meeting Support & Minutes: Attend meetings, take minutes, track actions to ensure closure.
• Site Inspection Support: Assist Construction Managers during site walks; capture photos and safety concerns; track punch lists.
• Closeout and Handover Documentation: Gather and organize O&M manuals, warranties, and as-built drawings for final TOP submission.
