Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Planner to support the project team across Data Center initiatives in Singapore. You will maintain schedule quality and integrity for all site projects, liaising with project managers to reflect progress and bi-weekly planning for next quarter.

You will also manage risk logs, train project managers on new scheduling practices, ensure contractor schedules align with best practices, and roll out scheduling standards with global leads.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule quality and integrity for all site projects across the portfolio, ensuring schedule best practices are followed when updating schedules.
• Liaise with project managers to reflect progress onsite across all Data Centers projects and bi-weekly plan updates.
• Maintain and update risk logs based on internal meetings; conduct training on scheduling practices.
• Ensure contractor schedules align with best practices and are incorporated into the client’s schedule.
• Liaise with global leads to roll out new scheduling requirements at the client level.
• Prepare monthly schedule-related reporting and dashboards for regional leadership and cost control.
