Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Critical Facilities Supervisor in Singapore to lead onsite plant operations for a mission-critical data center. You will supervise the Plant Operations team, drive preventive and corrective maintenance, manage risks, and ensure service delivery aligns with client SLAs and safety standards.

The role requires 8+ years in critical facility operations, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with CMMS and BMS/PMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• CDCP qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Maintenance Services to client SLA and KPI requirements.
• Provide direction and leadership to the onsite Plant Operations team.
• Monitor workload and resources against KPI and budget constraints.
• Initiate and manage site reviews covering maintenance standards and risk.
• Benchmark facility performance against standards and commissioning docs.
• Create and maintain the preventive maintenance schedule and manage records.
• Monitor BMS, PMS and safety systems and report deviations.
• Conduct periodic facility rounds and report findings to client.
