Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Shift Lead to support facilities management for a critical Data Centre environment in Singapore. You will oversee on-site operations, supervise technicians, and coordinate permits to ensure uninterrupted client services.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in data centre/critical environments, strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, and experience with CMMS/BMS systems. Work in a full-time, on-site role with shift coverage.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' Data Centre/critical environment experience.
• Electrical or mechanical engineering background preferred.
• Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support facilities management strategy for client contract.
• Manage on-site operations and shift technicians to ensure business continuity.
• supervise and mentor technicians to achieve performance goals and development.
• Coordinate and sign off permits (e.g., hot work, lockout/tagout) and optimize schedules.
• Maintain site logs and communicate updates to next shift.
