Job summary

China Mobile International Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced facilities manager to oversee day-to-day operations of data center infrastructure. You will lead a team of engineers on 24/7 on-call standby and coordinate with vendors to maintain critical facility systems.

The role requires hands-on management of MEP preventive and corrective maintenance, planning annual shutdowns, and preparing energy and asset reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years data center facilities experience.
• Operational experience with critical facility equipment including transformers, generators, DRUPS, UPS, PDU, Chiller System, CRAH and Fire System.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational skills and documentation management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and manage a team of engineers with 24/7 on-call standby.
• Maintain MEP infrastructure and coordinate with vendors.
• Plan and manage preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for MEP.
• Coordinate annual shutdown activities.
• Prepare monthly energy and asset reports.
• Manage contractors and projects.
• Handle client enquiries and requests.
