Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or related field.
• Internship experience in data center operations or IT support preferred.
• Basic knowledge of data center infrastructure including servers, networking and storage.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and time‑sensitive decision making.
• Willingness to work 24x7, weekends and on‑call as required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across levels and functions.
• Physically capable of handling hardware up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrates leadership potential and willingness to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Monitoring: Support 24x7 monitoring of data center infrastructure and respond to alerts.
• Break-Fix Support: Assist with maintenance across server, networking, and storage infrastructure.
• Installation and Testing: Help install, configure, and test hardware and software.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware, connectivity, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Preventive Maintenance: Support routine inspections and maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day data center operations and compliance.
• SOP and MOP Compliance: Follow procedures to ensure safe, compliant execution of work.
• Asset and Inventory Management: Maintain asset records for audits and capacity planning.
• Performance Monitoring: Track data center metrics and support corrective actions.
• Project Support: Assist with migrations, expansions and improvement initiatives.
