Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in data center operations or critical facilities with hands-on infrastructure experience.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers against SLAs.
• Mandarin proficiency to liaise with China HQ stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day critical data center operations, including facility engineering and security.
• Oversee policies to meet service levels and operational standards.
• Manage colocation providers and ensure SLAs and performance are met.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and drive corrective actions.
• Lead environment operations: incident management, RCA, risk assessment.
• Develop and lead the operations team; foster teamwork and professionalism.
• Analyze performance and drive continuous improvement for reliability.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and service providers for safe, reliable ops.
• Collaborate with Mandarin-speaking officers and China HQ team.
