Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd., a Singapore-headquartered global leader in high-performance data centers, is hiring a Customer Success Specialist. You will support the Customer Success Manager, coordinate daily operations, and help ensure services meet contractual standards and client expectations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering or related field and at least 1 year of DC/MEP/Construction experience; fresh graduates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Possess bachelor’s degree; Major in Project Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 1 year work experience in DC industry/MEP Consultancy/Construction; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Excellent customer interface experience, good communication, presentation and coordination skills.
• Good learning ability, proactive mindset, and willingness to adapt to change.
• Strong client-servicing willingness and ability; capable of handling conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing customer communications, ensuring timely, professional responses.
• Track service performance against SLAs and assist in preparing reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service operations and timely issue resolution.
• Support the Customer Success Manager in managing project schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain organized records in line with audit and ITIL compliance.
