Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to support the Customer Success Manager in delivering high-quality services to clients.

You will coordinate daily operations, assist with project execution, and ensure service delivery meets contractual standards. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, is highly organized, and collaborates across teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in a fast-growing international

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• 1 year experience in DC industry/MEP Consultancy/Construction; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Excellent customer interface, communication, coordination and report drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing customer communications and maintain records.
• Track service performance against SLAs and support dashboards.
• Support project schedules, documentation and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain records in line with audit and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, network, IT services and construction teams.
