Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Lead to manage governance, client relationships, and financial performance across a mission-critical data center account.

You will lead the account team, maintain governance routines, track SLAs/KPIs, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations while coordinating vendors and internal support functions for consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Weeks of experience in account governance, client relationships, and service reviews across a data center or mission-critical environment.
• Proven leadership in governance reviews and stakeholder communication with clients and vendors.
• Structured leadership style with ability to prioritize risks and escalate where needed.

Responsibilities

• Own overall account delivery, ensuring services are governed, measured, and delivered per contract and SLAs.
• Act as primary account leadership point for client, owning performance, priorities, risks and improvement plans.
• Maintain account plans, governance routines, reporting cadence, and escalation pathways.
• Ensure scope, commitments, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance are understood and tracked.
• Oversee account financial governance, including budget tracking, forecasts, spend control, and cost reporting.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts, identify variances and opportunities.
• Oversee procurement, invoicing, and vendor commercial administration with finance support.
• Support account profitability and value-for-money through resource and cost reviews.
• Oversee SLA, KPI, audit, compliance, and reporting processes for visibility and actionability.
• Track service risks, findings, actions, and closure with clients and teams.
• Review regular performance reports on delivery, financials, risk, and vendor performance.
• Provide oversight of vendors, suppliers, and service partners to meet expectations.
• Serve as senior escalation point for service-impacting risks and client concerns.
• Maintain incident, problem, and change management oversight from an account perspective.
• Lead the account team by setting priorities and aligning resources.
• Drive continuous improvement across governance, finance control, and service delivery maturity.
