Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a data leadership role to drive data-driven initiatives across student admissions and academic administration in Singapore. You will lead a team focused on data management, reporting, analytics, digital transformation and systems enhancements.

You will partner with stakeholders across the Polytechnic to deliver data-informed digital solutions, manage admissions, enrolment and academic systems, and design dashboards with Power BI and Power Apps to support evidence-based

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in systems administration, data management and analytics, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating stakeholders across functions.
• Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Familiarity with SQL and business process improvement; education/public sector experience is a plus.
• Able to manage projects with excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management, reporting and analytics, digital transformation, and systems enhancement initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across the Polytechnic to leverage data and deliver digital solutions.
• Manage admissions, enrolment, and academic-related systems.
• Lead CET learners' administration operations including offer management.
• Drive digital transformation with e-workflows and process automation via Power Apps.
• Design and develop dashboards and reports to support admissions, enrolment and academic operations.
• Generate statistics on admissions, enrolment, academic performance, and student data for management insights.
• Support institutional reporting and data submissions to external agencies.
