Job summary

CGP Personnel is recruiting for a contract role based at Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore. The position is an 11-month contract supporting admissions, enrolment systems, and digital services, with collaboration across IT and academic operations.

You will develop e-workflows and dashboards using Power Apps, Power BI, and Excel, and assist with data analysis and reporting to improve decision making. Candidates should be comfortable with complex spreadsheets and scripting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting admissions and enrolment systems.
• Ability to test, implement enhancements and troubleshoot end-user issues.
• Familiarity with dashboards, reports and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Supports admissions and enrolment systems and digital services.
• Tests and implements system enhancements with the application team.
• Supports academic operations including results and certificates processing.
• Generates statistics across admissions, enrolment, academic and student data.
• Leads or contributes to digitalisation projects and automated workflows.
