Job summary

NTU Singapore's Office of Academic Services seeks a data governance and analytics specialist to lead SMS core module enhancements, data stewardship, and dashboard delivery across Academic Services.

You will coordinate cross-functional projects, engage stakeholders, implement governance guidelines, and support digital transformation from matriculation to graduation using Power BI and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in academic services, student systems, or digital transformation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Academic Core of SMS and other academic SaaS systems.
• Coordinate system changes, requirements, and training with stakeholders.
• Support data governance, stewardship, and privacy compliance.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to support decision-making.
