Job summary

Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore seeks a data analytics and digital transformation lead to drive data-driven decision-making across admissions, enrolment and academic administration. Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in systems administration, data management and analytics, digital transformation, or project management.
• Experience in leading teams in projects and engaging stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Proficient in data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with SQL and business process improvement methodologies, and experience in the education or public sector environment will be an added advantage.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong leadership potential, with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees a team responsible for data management, reporting and analytics, digital transformation, and systems enhancement initiatives.
• Partners stakeholders across the Polytechnic to leverage data, streamline operational processes, and deliver digital solutions that enhance efficiency, governance, and user experience.
• Manages and enhances admissions, enrolment, and academic-related systems.
• Lead and manage CET learners' administration operations, including offer management and academic related matters.
• Leads and contributes to digital transformation initiatives that enhance service delivery and learners’ experience, including the development of e-workflows and process automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Apps.
• Designs and develops dashboards and reports to support admissions, enrolment, and academic operations.
• Leverages digital tools to generate accurate and meaningful statistics covering admissions, enrolment, academic performance, and student-related data, to analyse trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
• Support institutional reporting requirements and data submissions to external agencies.
