Job summary
RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Data Analyst to support their transportation client in the West with company transport provided. The role focuses on analyzing maintenance data and inventory-related insights to drive preventive and corrective actions.
The candidate will work with AI-enabled maintenance processes, develop knowledge management for technical information, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise maintenance operations and spare parts forecasting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, AI solutions or digital transformation.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, facilities management or maintenance operations will be an advantage.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Analyse data from maintenance alert systems to identify performance trends, anomalies and potential root causes.
- Evaluate large datasets to generate actionable insights for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor and analyse data related to the receiving and issuance of maintenance spare parts.
- Track spare parts usage and forecast future requirements based on planned maintenance schedules.
- Consolidate monthly inventory reports and provide insights on stock levels for management review.
- Utilise AI and data analytics tools to correlate maintenance activities with inventory levels and improve demand forecasting.
- Support the development and implementation of AI-driven maintenance work processes.
- Assist in developing AI-enabled maintenance knowledge management systems to improve accessibility and utilisation of technical information.
