Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive data-driven reporting solutions in Singapore. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and map data flows while defining ETL needs with data engineers.

You will help design Power BI dashboards and ensure successful deployments through extensive documentation and UAT support. The role emphasizes data governance, process improvement, and strong stakeholder engagement, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects.
• Experience with BRDs and FSDs and formal documentation.
• Excellent information gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability in process improvement and business process re-engineering.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
• Experience with source systems, data warehouses, and ETL processes.
• Experience with SQL or similar data querying tools.
