Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of experience in managing large IT programs with high level of complexity.
• Strong and hands on experience of data & analytics knowledge is must
• Knowledge of Python and/or Tableau is must
• Demonstrated track record in the delivery of complex projects and programs utilizing Agile delivery techniques.
• Experience in multiple sectors in ASPAC Supply Chain technologies, (Order to cash, warehousing) is preferred
• Experience as technical architect, responsible for delivering architecture guidelines for Supply chain and Commercial metrics, designing new and innovative solutions to challenges
• Experience of developing Supply chain KPIs such as OTD by collaborating with business partners and developing a framework on the business needs.
• Strong functional knowledge (SME) on SAP Sales & Distribution, Materials Management & Warehouse Management
• Develop creative solutions to critical issues and complex design problems. Owner and responsible for POC (Proof of Concept) received from different Geographies and providing suitable technical solutions
• Big Data Developer with strong expertise in shell scripting, Hive and Impala
• Experience on Cloudera, Impala is preferred
• Strong SQL development skills including writing Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, and User Defined functions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes focusing order to cash and warehouse management
• Strong understanding on Agile project delivery
