PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Short-Term Contract Analyst to conduct structured observations across Private Banking and Treasures Private Client teams. You will record, categorize and document daily activities, and monitor time spent on client servicing, onboarding and KYC processes.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree with 2–5 years in related financial services, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline, fresh-graduates with traineeship experience are welcome to apply.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Banking Operations or Financial Services preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation and data recording skills.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
