PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a data-driven professional to support investment data products and end-to-end data flows. The role requires deep knowledge of investment processes, data quality, and governance, with strong SQL and Databricks experience.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers, translating business needs into actionable work items, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring timely delivery across the data lifecycle.

Formación

• University degree or above in (Business) Information System, Computer Science with focus on finance / investments or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of investment processes, financial instruments, and investment data.
• Demonstrated experience in business and data analysis within complex projects or change initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate a deep end to end understanding of Investment processes and data sets.
• Contribute to timely project delivery by translating business requirements into actionable items, identifying dependencies and risks, and coordinating activities across stakeholders.
• Support IDA data product squads and strategic projects across end to end data flow, from sourcing and transformation to testing and delivery to consuming systems, while providing ongoing support throughout implementation.
• Promote data quality and contribute to relevant IDA frameworks and governance processes.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements across processes, controls and data solutions.
• Resolve data issues, user queries and incidents in collaboration with internal teams and service providers.
• Support selected responsibilities with the Application Owner to ensure smooth operation, governance, and service continuity.
• Foster strong relationships and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders and external service providers.

Core Responsibilities

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Other Qualifications

• University degree or above in (Business) Information System, Computer Science with focus on finance / investments or equivalent professional experience.


• Strong knowledge of investment processes, financial instruments, and investment data.


• Demonstrated experience in business and data analysis within complex projects or change initiatives.


• Experience across end to end investment data lifecycles, including sourcing, transformation, testing and delivery to consuming system.


• Understand of data warehousing concepts and technologies.


• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Databricks; Python or shell scripting is advantageous.


• Understanding of data quality, controls, governance frameworks, and issues management processes.


• Ability to translate business requirements, identify dependencies and risks.


• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and stakeholder management skills.


• Proactive, detail oriented, delivery focused team player who can manage competing priorities.
