Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a specialist to support Privacy Local Addendum Analysis & Implementation. The role involves collaborating with compliance, technology and operations teams to enable data-driven solutions and regulatory alignment.

The position focuses on reviewing regulatory addenda, engaging stakeholders, and developing implementation playbooks across markets. Hybrid working arrangements are available for a 6-month engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Strong regulatory analysis skills; data privacy domain knowledge a plus.
• Understanding of Corporate & Institutional Banking lines: FX, Trade, Lending, Commodities, Futures.

Job Summary

In this role, you will support Privacy Local Addendum Analysis & Implementation to enable the business to become data-driven, comply with regulatory requirements, and align with enterprise data standards.

Responsibilities

• Review Country and Local Addenda to identify incremental compliance requirements beyond existing GPS standards
• Engage stakeholders such as country CFCR teams to clarify unclear requirements and trace regulatory origins
• Generate consolidated, de-duplicated lists of incremental requirements across markets for implementation
• Develop a playbook to guide Group and Country teams in implementing these requirements
• Perform impact assessments comparing current state to incremental requirements, estimating resource, cost, and funding needs for both technical and non-technical changes
• Develop and execute detailed implementation plans to meet compliance and business objectives
• Collaborate effectively with compliance, business, technology, and operations teams, including senior stakeholders
• Manage complex data environments and work across global stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Apply strong understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements to support compliance initiatives
• Support end-to-end project and change management from scoping, gap analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, impact assessment, to implementation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Exposure to Agile and Scrum delivery models to support iterative project execution
• Regulatory analysis skills, with bonus points for data privacy domain expertise
• Understanding of Corporate & Institutional Banking business lines, including FX, Trade, Coverage, Lending, Commodities, Futures, and SS

• Location: Changi Business Park, East
• Working Hours: 09.00am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
• Duration: 6 months, subject to extension or conversion
