Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a temporary analyst to support a time and motion study in a Private Banking environment in Singapore. This 6-week contract is located in the Central district, and you will observe and document daily activities of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers.

You will record and categorize activities using templates, consolidate data, and coordinate with stakeholders to schedule observations while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Services experience preferred
