Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking a Senior Partner Manager – Data & AI Security to grow our Securiti practice across strategic partners. In this role, you will drive Data & AI Security channel sales in collaboration with Veeam Channel Managers, shaping go-to-market and building scalable playbooks to uncover Securiti opportunities.

You’ll lead partner strategy, engagement, and multi-year joint business plans, mentoring partner sellers and services teams, while ensuring executive sponsorship and revenue

Qualifications

• Significant channel or alliances experience with strategic or national partners.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through VARs, MSPs, or GSIs.
• Experience shaping and executing channel strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own Data & AI Security partner revenue and pipeline targets, including planning and forecasting.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through account mapping, joint campaigns and co-selling; support high-value deals.
• Lead data & AI Security strategy and pipeline motion in each partnership; establish scalable engagement rules and playbooks.
• Represent partners to internal teams to shape programs, incentives, and roadmap.
• Recruit and activate partner sellers, engineers and services teams at scale; lead enablement across related domains.
