Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All invites an experienced Data & AI Project Manager to join our AI Center of Excellence in Singapore. You will coordinate data and AI initiatives across stakeholders, translate priorities into plans, and ensure delivery aligns with broader business goals.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage governance, budgets and risks, and drive adoption across regions, leveraging knowledge of AI concepts to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within IT, data, digital transformation or related environments.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, organization and coordination skills with competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across functions, cultures and regions.
• Experience with Data, AI, Generative AI or digital transformation is preferred, with understanding of LLMs, AI agents and RAG.

Responsibilities

Join our growing AI Center of Excellence in Singapore as a Data & AI Project Manager and help drive the successful delivery of Data and AI initiatives across the organization. You’ll coordinate stakeholders, delivery teams and interconnected workstreams to bring structure to complex initiatives and ensure they translate into meaningful business outcomes.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate Data and AI projects from planning through implementation and adoption, ensuring alignment with broader business and IT programs
• Translate business and technology priorities into clear project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines and dependencies
• Coordinate across AI specialists, data teams, IT functions, business stakeholders and external partners to keep workstreams aligned and progressing
• Manage project governance, including budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communication
• Connect parallel and interdependent workstreams, ensuring Data and AI deliverables are effectively integrated into wider program plans
• Support business adoption and communicate progress, delivery expectations, risks and outcomes clearly across functions and regions.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within IT, technology, data, digital transformation or related environments
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, teams and workstreams
• Strong project planning, organization and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies and deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, cultures and regions
• Experience with Data, AI, Generative AI or digital transformation initiatives is preferred, together with a foundational understanding of concepts such as LLMs, AI agents and RAG
• A collaborative, pragmatic and delivery-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a complex enterprise environment.
