Job summary

WSA invites you to join its AI Center of Excellence in Singapore as an AI Specialist. You will work hands-on with LLMs, AI agents and RAG, turning AI technologies into practical business solutions, while learning from seasoned experts.

This early-career role requires a strong technical base, AI/ML exposure, and curiosity to grow within a developing AI team. You will collaborate with stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver real-world impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical AI/ML or Generative AI experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field as specified.
• Hands-on knowledge of ML/AI frameworks and LLM deployment concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and data libraries.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce / Flows is a plus.
• Strong analytical and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of AI and Generative AI solutions for real-world business use cases.
• Develop and enhance AI-enabled applications, including LLM and AI agent solutions, using appropriate AI/ML approaches.
• Contribute to RAG, enterprise data and vector search solutions, including data pipelines and data integration.
• Support the development of reliable and secure AI applications through testing, monitoring, error handling, audit logging and appropriate security practices.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions through agile delivery and UAT.
• Troubleshoot and continuously improve AI solutions while working alongside experienced AI specialists and keeping up with emerging AI technologies.

What you will do

What you bring

• 2+ years of professional or equivalent practical experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI or related technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or another relevant technical discipline, together with a solid technical foundation
• Practical knowledge of Machine Learning, AI frameworks, LLMs or Generative AI, with an understanding of concepts such as AI agents, RAG, vector search and model deployment
• Working knowledge of Python and commonly used data/ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy and scikit-learn
• Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce Flows, JavaScript, MuleSoft, enterprise data integration or related technologies are advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with curiosity, collaboration, a proactive mindset and the motivation to grow within a developing AI team.
