Job summary

WSA is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive global Source-to-Pay transformation from Singapore with a global remit. You will shape governance, delivery milestones, and stakeholder alignment while partnering with KPMG and Zycus to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires 10–15 years in procurement or transformation programs, a business/IT degree, fluent English, and willingness to travel internationally for about 11–20 days per year.

Join our global Procurement team in a pivotal leadership role driving procurement transformation and digitalization initiatives across WSA. Based in Singapore with global reach, you will lead the Source-to-Pay transformation journey, strengthen procurement excellence, and help shape future ways of working across the organization.

What you will do

• Lead the global rollout of the Source-to-Pay solution across regions, functions, and business units
• Drive project governance, milestone delivery, risk management, and stakeholder alignment for procurement transformation initiatives
• Manage relationships with implementation partner KPMG and software provider Zycus to ensure successful delivery and outcomes
• Standardize and optimize procurement processes while balancing compliance, efficiency, and user experience
• Ensure procurement policies, procedures, quality management documentation, and governance remain aligned with future-state processes
• Lead communication, training, and adoption activities to embed new ways of working and realize transformation benefits.

What you bring

• University degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10 to 15 years of experience in procurement, transformation programs, consulting, or process optimization
• Experience with Source-to-Pay solutions and digital procurement transformation initiatives
• Solid analytical, stakeholder management, negotiation, and process governance skills
• Familiarity with procurement compliance, financial concepts, digital tools, and change management practices
• Fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel globally for approximately 11 to 20 days per year.
