Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All invites an experienced Data & AI Project Manager to join our AI Center of Excellence in Singapore. You will coordinate data and AI initiatives across stakeholders, translate priorities into plans, and ensure delivery aligns with broader business goals.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage governance, budgets and risks, and drive adoption across regions, leveraging knowledge of AI concepts to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within IT, data, digital transformation or related environments.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, organization and coordination skills with competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across functions, cultures and regions.
• Experience with Data, AI, Generative AI or digital transformation is preferred, with understanding of LLMs, AI agents and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Data and AI projects from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Translate business and technology priorities into clear project plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate across AI specialists, data teams, IT, business stakeholders and external partners.
• Manage project governance: budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Connect parallel and interdependent workstreams, ensuring Data and AI deliverables are integrated into wider program plans.
• Support business adoption and communicate progress, delivery expectations, risks and outcomes across functions and regions.
