Job summary

WSAudiology is building an AI Center of Excellence in Singapore. We seek an AI Specialist with a strong technical foundation in ML/AI and Generative AI to work on real-world business use cases.

You will design and implement AI solutions, develop AI-enabled applications, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in an agile environment while keeping up with emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional or equivalent practical experience in ML/AI or Generative AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Data Science/Engineering or related technical field.
• Practical knowledge of ML frameworks, LLMs, Generative AI; familiarity with AI agents, RAG, vector search.
• Proficient in Python and common ML libraries; exposure to data pipelines.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce/Flows and enterprise data integration is a plus.
• Strong analytical, collaborative and proactive mindset; growth-oriented.

Responsibilities

This is an early-career opportunity for someone with a strong technical foundation, practical exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI, and the curiosity to develop further.

What you will do

• Support the design and implementation of AI and Generative AI solutions for real-world business use cases

• Develop and enhance AI-enabled applications, including LLM and AI agent solutions, using appropriate AI/ML approaches

• Contribute to RAG, enterprise data and vector search solutions, including data pipelines and data integration

• Support the development of reliable and secure AI applications through testing, monitoring, error handling, audit logging and appropriate security practices

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions through agile delivery and UAT

• Troubleshoot and continuously improve AI solutions while working alongside experienced AI specialists and keeping up with emerging AI technologies.

What you bring

• 2+ years of professional or equivalent practical experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI or related technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or another relevant technical discipline, together with a solid technical foundation

• Practical knowledge of Machine Learning, AI frameworks, LLMs or Generative AI, with an understanding of concepts such as AI agents, RAG, vector search and model deployment

• Working knowledge of Python and commonly used data/ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy and scikit-learn

• Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce Flows, JavaScript, MuleSoft, enterprise data integration or related technologies are advantageous but not mandatory

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with curiosity, collaboration, a proactive mindset and the motivation to grow within a developing AI team.
