Job summary

WSAudiology in Singapore is seeking an experienced Data & AI Project Manager to drive data and AI initiatives across the organization, coordinating stakeholders, delivery teams, and interconnected workstreams. You will translate business and technology priorities into clear plans, manage budgets and risks, and ensure adoption and measurable outcomes across regions.

This role sits in our AI Center of Excellence, demanding strong collaboration and a delivery mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management in IT/tech/data/digital transformation.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organization and coordination skills with deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across functions and regions.
• Experience with Data, AI or digital transformation; familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, RAG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Data and AI projects from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Translate priorities into clear project plans, milestones, deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate across AI specialists, data teams, IT, business stakeholders and partners.
• Manage governance: budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and communications.
• Connect parallel workstreams, integrating Data/AI deliverables into wider programs.
• Support adoption and clearly communicate progress, risks and outcomes across regions.
