Job summary

WSAudiology is establishing an AI Center of Excellence in Singapore and seeks an AI Governance & Enablement Lead to shape governance, enablement and adoption of AI across the organization.

You will partner with Legal, Information Security, Data & AI teams and business stakeholders to implement practical AI governance, manage risk and drive value.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing governance, risk, compliance or data privacy in complex organisations.
• Experience driving technology adoption and enablement with business stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate governance concepts into practical business actions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Legal, IT, Security and Data teams.
• Understanding of AI, Generative AI and Responsible AI is preferred.

Join our growing AI Center of Excellence in Singapore as an AI Governance & Enablement Lead and help shape how AI is governed, enabled and adopted across the organization.

You’ll work at the intersection of AI governance, technology adoption, risk and business enablement, partnering with Legal, Information Security, business stakeholders, IT, Data & AI teams and leadership to build practical approaches that support both responsible AI and business value.

What you will do

• Establish and continuously improve practical AI governance frameworks, standards and processes across the organization

• Partner with Legal, Information Security, Data Privacy and other stakeholders to assess AI initiatives and address relevant risk, security, privacy and regulatory considerations

• Support the assessment, categorization and prioritization of AI use cases and help translate business challenges into practical AI opportunities

• Drive AI adoption and enablement through stakeholder engagement, training, communication, guidance and practical support for business teams

• Establish processes to measure the success, business impact and value of AI initiatives, working with stakeholders to track outcomes and ROI

• Act as a bridge between business, governance functions, IT and Data & AI teams while continuously developing the organization's AI governance and enablement capabilities.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in technology governance, business analysis, technology consulting, data governance, risk and governance, change management, technology adoption or a related field

• Proven experience supporting technology adoption and enablement, including training, communication, change management or implementation activities with business stakeholders

• Experience working across governance, risk, compliance, data privacy, information security or related areas in a complex enterprise environment

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with business leaders, IT, Security, Legal/Compliance and technical teams

• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and Responsible AI is preferred; deep hands-on AI experience is not required

• A pragmatic, collaborative and consultative mindset, with strong learning agility and the ability to translate new technology concepts into practical business and governance considerations.
