Job summary

Tripartite Alliance Limited in Singapore seeks a Finance Systems and Data Manager to bridge finance operations, data governance and emerging technologies. You will maintain the integrity, security, and compliance of financial systems and data architecture, including procure-to-pay platforms Tenderboard and Microsoft Business Central.

You will lead system administration, drive automation, strengthen internal controls, manage data governance and AI readiness, and deliver interactive BI dashboards

Qualifications

• Tertiary Education in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a combined Finance Systems, Financial Audit, or Finance Data Analytics role.
• Good level of administrator-level understanding of Microsoft Business Central would be advantageous.
• Proven track record of managing system implementations, major ERP upgrades, or digital transformation projects would be advantageous.
• Direct experience with automating financial processes or implementing AI/ML-driven finance pilots is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Finance systems administration & optimization of procure-to-pay systems (Tenderboard and Microsoft Business Central).
• Develop, implement and monitor a robust internal control framework safeguarding financial assets and enforce segregation of duties.
• Lead data governance policies, standard schemas, and AI readiness for financial data.
• Create interactive dashboards and automated reporting for real-time variance analysis and predictive simulations.
