Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring an Operations Executive / Customer Service Executive to support dance education institutions across islandwide outlets in Singapore. The role combines admin duties, customer service and sales support for dance programmes and dancewear.

You will manage enquiries, enrollments, invoicing, schedules, inventories and daily operations, with AWS and medical benefits. Evening, weekend and public holiday work required; 44 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administration, customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Candidates with a dance or performing arts background will have an advantage.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries from parents, students and the public.
• Handle daily administration for teachers and students.
• Prepare invoices and assist with payment matters.
• Coordinate class schedules, arrangements and teacher assignments.
• Maintain student records, term reports and other administrative documents.
• Manage inventory and stock records for dancewear and academy supplies.
• Handle new student enrolments and class registrations.
• Promote and assist with the sales of dance courses, programmes and dancewear.
• Support the smooth running of daily academy operations.
• Handle other administrative and operational duties when required.
