All That Jazz Dance Academy invites a friendly Customer Support Executive to join our vibrant studios across Singapore. You will greet clients, share information on classes, handle inquiries by email, WhatsApp, phone, and in person, and help enrolments and admin tasks to keep our studios running smoothly.

You thrive in a fast-paced, people‑oriented environment, enjoy teamwork, and bring 2+ years of customer support or admin experience, plus good office software skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support or admin.
• Proficiency in office management software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet & welcome customers
• Provide information about classes, programs and studio policies
• Respond to general support enquiries (email, WhatsApp, phone, walk-ins)
• Process student enrolments, withdrawals, payment collection and other administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records of class schedules, registrations, and payments using our studio management software
• Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary
• Ensure premises are kept neat, well organised and report any maintenance issue to the relevant personnel
• Collaborate within and across teams to achieve business goals of service excellence and growth
