Naboo invites you to join our DACH sales team in Paris and own the full sales cycle on our Marketplace for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, from first conversation to signed booking. Your clients rely on a partner who understands their needs and can move deals quickly, with a network of venues and partners we leverage.

If you are fluent in German and English, comfortable on the phone, and keen to build lasting relationships, this role offers growth in a fast-changing, AI-powered events platform.

Formación

• German at native level and English fluently.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in events, hospitality, travel, or a marketplace/SaaS.
• Excellent phone skills, curiosity and listening abilities.
• Organised with ability to move multiple deals in short cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound requests and build your pipeline via outbound calls and inbound leads.
• Lead consultative first conversations to understand client needs and show Naboo's value.
• Create tailored proposals using our venue network and negotiate with hotels and venues.
• Close deals and hand over to Event Managers for delivery.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and provide realistic forecasts.
