Job summary

Fortinet in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer Intern for a 6-month program. You will work with the field team to deliver pre-sales support, technical consultancy, and security solution design to customers, helping translate requirements into concrete use cases.

You will gain hands-on exposure to cloud platforms and engage in tender activities, proofs of concept, and direct customer interactions to sharpen your presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Basic security concepts across network, endpoint and application domains.
• Understanding of routing, switching, VPNs and related networking topics.
• Awareness of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
• Study customer requirements and propose security solution designs.
• Assist in presales activities including proposals, demos and presentations.
• Prepare tender documents, RFPs and RFIs.
• Contribute to Proof of Concept activities for technical solutions.
• Deliver direct technical support to customers and partners.
• Study solution capabilities and derive use cases.
