Job summary

M.Tech in Singapore is seeking a capable post-sales engineer to support Cybersecurity and Network Performance products. You will participate in large-scale local and regional projects, and provide on-site implementation, testing, deployment and documentation.

You will also deliver technical support to ensure customer satisfaction, analyse queries through troubleshooting and knowledge bases, and standby for 24x7 maintenance calls. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• 1–2 years of IT/network support experience
• Knowledge of routing and switching technologies
• CCNA or CCSA certification
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to work extended hours and standby duty
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Analyse and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and researching existing knowledgebase articles/known issues.
• Be on routine standby to support 24×7 maintenance support calls.
• Requires the ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessary part of the job.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in IT industry providing network support and administration
• Equip with knowledge & experience in networking such as routing and switching technology
• Possess CCNA or CCSA certification
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Willing to work hard and eager to learn about new technologies
• Polite and able to communicate well to the clients
• Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills
