Job summary

M.Tech Products Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a driven Sales & Product Specialist to manage and grow its suite of Cyber Security products and related services. You will work with the service delivery and operations teams to ensure effective product delivery and competitive pricing.

The role requires a Diploma in IT or equivalent and 2–3 years of sales experience, especially in computer networks or IT security.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT related fields or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of sales experience if IT qualification is not present.
• Good sales track record in computer networks and IT security is an advantage.
• Prior experience in distributor environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, team building and logical thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent and motivated.

Responsibilities

• To manage and grow suite of Cyber Security products, technical services and other related services.
• To drive service creation and service quality enhancement of its products and to increase market share and profitability by continuous product enhancements, operation improvements, and product marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyse market conditions and provide critical inputs to management for medium-and long-term business planning
• Create and maintain the business cases for strategic pricing and non-standard terms and conditions
• Collaborate with service delivery and operation team to ensure effective product delivery mechanism is maintained.
• Support sales team to win/ retain customers by providing competitive pricing and customized solution/ SLA if required
• Analysing potential partner relationships for the product
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
