Job summary

Cableman Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Cyber Security and Network Engineer to support planning, deployment and ongoing support of enterprise network and cybersecurity infrastructure in Singapore.

You will work on network and firewall projects, troubleshoot complex connectivity and security issues, and prepare detailed documentation including HLD/LLD, network diagrams and test plans. Fortinet experience is essential and you will collaborate with customers, vendors and project teams.

Qualifications

• ITE/ Diploma/ Degree in IT, CS, CE, Networking, Cybersecurity or related discipline.
• 1+ year hands-on experience in network infrastructure, security, or firewall projects.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, NAT and firewall policies.
• Experience configuring enterprise routers, switches and security appliances.
• Hands-on Fortinet product experience is required.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and security incidents independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support planning, deployment, configuration, testing, and implementation of enterprise network and firewall projects.
• Configure, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and related devices.
• Provide advanced technical support for network and security solutions.
• Perform root-cause analysis for network, firewall and security issues.
• Prepare technical documentation including HLD, LLD, network diagrams and test plans.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors and teams to ensure successful implementation.
