Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable IT professional to handle post-sales activities for Cybersecurity and Network Performance Monitoring products in Singapore. You will participate in local and regional projects, provide on-site implementation, testing, deployment and documentation, and deliver strong technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years of IT experience with networking knowledge, CCNA or CCSA, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years relevant IT experience providing network support and administration.
• Knowledge of routing and switching technology.
• CCNA or CCSA certification.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willing to work extended hours and on standby duty.
• Polite and able to communicate well to the clients.
• Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
