Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Manager to own and grow a portfolio of IT and business products, driving growth, profitability and market presence.

You will work with vendors, channel partners and internal teams on product strategy, sales enablement, marketing and business planning, gaining end-to-end exposure and strengthening stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related discipline.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Product Management, Channel Sales, Vendor Management or IT Distribution.
• Strong vendor, partner and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and achieve assigned sales, revenue and profit targets.
• Support Channel Sales and BDMs in product positioning and customer engagement.
• Drive product updates, promotions, training and partner enablement activities.
• Plan and execute vendor events, marketing programmes and business reviews.
• Analyse sales performance and marketing results against KPIs and targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
• Manage product pricing, vendor processes, reporting and operational matters.
• Support partner and end-user visits to grow product awareness and opportunities.
