Responsibilities

• Create business plans for the vendor product group and services.
• Develop and implement sales enablement programs for Tech Data and partners.
• Ensure the product teams are trained to support the product groups.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to support product group objectives.
• Create joint initiatives with vendor and business partners.
• Plan effectively to optimise inventory turns and minimise obsolescence.
• Execute business plans to meet vendor revenue targets and profit goals.
• Achieve revenue targets by brand and by market segment.
• Coordinate functions within Tech Data to deliver product plan outcomes.
• Maintain high-level executive relationships with vendor partners.
• Keep knowledge of sales processes, proposals and pipeline management up-to-date.
• Provide leadership examples to the wider organization.
• Contribute to the commercial wellbeing and longevity of the business.
