Job summary

Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX Company, is seeking a Business Manager to maximise profit outcomes for assigned vendors and align revenue goals with vendor targets. You will own vendor strategy, manage P&L, on-board new vendors, sustain relationships, and drive quarterly business reviews, sales programs, and partner engagements across the TD SYNNEX ecosystem.

The role requires strong business acumen, leadership, and a proven track record in IT distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; minimum high school certificate.
• Diploma in IT or related field would be highly regarded.
• Minimum 6 years' experience within IT distribution as an outbound account manager or BDM with a customer service orientation.
• Appropriate vendor product sales certifications and channel business understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develops and owns the overall strategy for vendor(s) in TD SYNNEX.
• Manages the profit and loss of all applicable vendors.
• On-boards new vendors and manages vendor activities.
• Maintains executive relationships with vendor partners.
• Drives quarterly business reviews and sales programs with partners.
