Singtel is seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist, Cyber and Network Solutions & Services to drive growth across government, global and enterprise accounts. You will combine commercial acumen with technical knowledge across managed services, network, cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity to modernise ICT environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 5–7 years in sales, business development or account management in IT services.
• Proven success selling ICT, cybersecurity, network, cloud or managed services.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and margin growth across Singtel’s Cybersecurity and Network Solutions & Services portfolio.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Engage customers to understand their business challenges, technology priorities and transformation objectives.
• Develop compelling value propositions across network, cloud, compute, infrastructure, cybersecurity, system integration and managed services.
• Build relationships with key customer stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers.
• Deliver high-impact presentations, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate effectively and close complex business opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate forecasts and track opportunities to achieve targets.
• Work with Product Management, Engineering, Service Delivery, Support and Sales teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Collaborate with technology vendors and partners to strengthen offerings and support deal closure.
