Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a motivated Intern for CX - Events & Conference Management in Singapore. You will support event management, handle EBMS and POS systems, and assist with administration and reporting tasks. The role is full-time and requires a minimum commitment of six months with training provided.

You will work with CX Managers and other departments to ensure guest needs are met, while learning event operations and CAD floorplan coordination in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be a full-time matriculated student contributing to graduation requirements.
• No prior internship required; training provided.
• Strong customer service mindset and meticulous at details.

Responsibilities

• Support CX Event Managers as a central coordinator for events.
• Utilise EBMS, POS and ServiceNow for event processes.
• Prepare Event Summary, BEOs, and floorplan CADs with the team.
• Collaborate with Groups, Meetings, Banquets, and external vendors.
• Attend meetings and provide admin support as required.
