Job summary

Crew is seeking a Permit Declarant Officer to manage daily import/export permit declarations on a 3-month contract in Singapore. Immediate start available for a detail-oriented trade compliance professional with 2+ years of relevant experience.

You will review trade documents, assist with LC applications, and support 3PL logistics operations in a fast-paced environment at Paya Lebar near MRT.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
• Hands-on import/export experience within 3PL, supply chain, or logistics environments.
• Preferably 2+ years of relevant experience in customs permit declarations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle customs-related functions, including daily duty permit declarations for import and export shipments.
• Review supplier pricing, commercial invoices, packing lists, and trade documents for accuracy.
• Assist with Letter of Credit applications and related trade documentation.
• Support supply chain administration and special compliance tasks as needed.

Location: Paya Lebar — Walking distance from MRT

Duration: 3-Month Contract (Immediate – End December 2026)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
