Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable call centre agent to handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and enquiries, providing clear information and guidance.

You will assist with appointment bookings for Hospital, SAF and CHAS GP, and support the clinic operations team with other duties as assigned by the Assistant/Clinic Operations Executive.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Levels.
• At least 1 year in a call centre environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
• Attend to patients' enquiries and provide clarifications.
• Provide relevant service information to callers.
• Assist with appointment booking from Hospital, SAF and CHAS GP.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant / Clinic Operations Executive.
