Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore is seeking a Communications Assistant to join our Communications Department.

You will gain a full understanding of every department with intensive training from management while representing clients and managing brands. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales and territory performance, attending management training, staying updated on products and promotions, traveling locally and nationally to conferences and meetings, and building productive relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated success in a comparable customer-facing position.
• Strong problem solving, influence, and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in customer service and sales.
• Comfortable making presentations regularly and interacting with clients daily.
• Willingness to travel; flexibility with work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Track and report daily sales and territory assessments to Senior Management.
• Attend weekday management training meetings to learn tools and tactics.
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and competitors’ offerings.
• Travel locally and nationally to conferences and client meetings.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers throughout their experience.
