Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the Service department under the Service Manager. You will handle customer enquiries, assign service jobs to technicians, and help keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Word and Excel. You will liaise with suppliers and customers, update AS400 records, and assist in preparing daily dashboards and invoices.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field with 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; AS400 experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and service calls.
• Allocate service jobs to technicians and arrange spare parts/equipment.
• Liaise with suppliers for battery job arrangement and with customers for clearances.
• Issue picking lists and spare parts requisition documents.
• Update AS400 records and maintain dashboards/reports.
