Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales Support executive to handle quotations, process sales orders, coordinate between departments, and maintain sales files.

You will assist with security design on floor plans when required and help circulate maintenance contracts during reviews. Working location: West; hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or Office Administration is required.
• 1–2 years of working experience in sales support in the service industry related to industrial products or building industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, follow up on the confirmation of quotations and processing of sales orders.
• Distribute work orders to various departments and scan/archive to sales files.
• Assist in collecting down payments when required and support in security design on floor plans.
• Prepare maintenance contracts and circulate to executives; expedite POs from customers when needed.
• Prepare sales performance and monthly quotation summary reports; circulate notifications/news.
• Support credit control by chasing payment status from customers.
• Provide customer service and build rapport with assigned customers, including visits.
