Responsibilities

• Prepare, follow up on quotations and processing of sales orders.
• Distribute work orders and archive sales files.
• Assist in collecting down payments and prepare security design on floor plans when required.
• Expedite POs from customers and handle vendor approval forms or customer portal setup.
• Prepare sales performance and monthly quotation summary reports.
• Contact customers to build rapport and gather feedback.
• Prepare service agreements for system commissioning.
