Job summary

LATICRETE SOUTH EAST ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a customer service and sales support professional to provide front-line assistance to customers and coordinate order processing.

You will handle quotes, sales orders, purchasing orders, delivery orders, packing lists and invoicing, liaise with Sales, Operations and Finance, and organize delivery services to ensure timely delivery. 5-day work week, 8.30am – 5.30pm, located in Sungei Kadut with transport to Yew Tee MRT.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or Diploma in any discipline.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, meticulous and good team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and customer service support.
• Sales Order Processing: Quotation/ Sales Order/ Purchase Order/ Delivery Order/ Packing List/ Invoicing.
• Liaise with internal teams such as Sales, Operations and Finance department.
• Assist in preparation and submission of relevant reports and documents.
• Organize delivery services, export shipment, collection of customers' orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customers' inquiries.
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
